Shipping costs

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your artwork. In order to keep your shipping rates low, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is not in our stock and/or needs to be framed, we keep the rest of your items on hold. As soon as all your ordered artwork has arrived in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order in one shipment. In the event you order more than one picture we will only charge you for the largest one.

Gallery&Gallery charges within Switzerland and Liechtenstein (Germany, Austria) fort he shipment including special packing and insurance against damage/loss:

For framend/unframed artwork starting at 31 cm edge length
For each order all in CHF 39,00 (EUR xxx)
For framend/unframed artwork starting at 61 cm edge length
For each order all in CHF 59,00 (EUR xxx)
For framend/unframed artwork starting at 100 cm Kantenlänge
For each order all in CHF 119,00 (EUR xxx)
For framend/unframed artwork starting at 125 cm Kantenlänge
For each order all in CHF 199,00 (EUR xxx)
For framend/unframed artwork starting at 201 cm Kantenlänge
for each orderall in CHF 990,00 (EUR xxx)

Artwork shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Packing

Framed art, canvas and panels are covered securely and shipped in special packing for art.

Unframed Paper work is rolled with thick paper to protect from damage before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers or tubes.

Pick up

During your order process you have the choice of collecting your order at our warehouse in xxx at a prearranged date/time. Alternatively, you can send us your proposed time slots by Email to shop@gallery-gallery.com.

Processing time

We are committed to process your order within 48 hours after payment receipt.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is from our warehouse to the purchaser's address or to the address specified by the purchaser. Information about the delivery time is not binding, unless the date of delivery was promised. Usually it takes x to xxx days.Countries
