Peter Andrew Lusztyk (b. 1982) is a photographer acclaimed for large-format, hyper-detailed images that turn ordinary objects and landscapes into compelling visual statements. His practice explores value, circulation, and the often unseen systems that define contemporary life, balancing the precision of fine art with the reach of editorial and commercial work. Exhibited widely, his photographs have appeared at institutions such as the Design Museum Den Bosch in the Netherlands and the Musée des beaux-arts de Sherbrooke, and they have been collected by Apple, Audi, and the Government of Canada. His images have also featured in major productions including Suits and Downsizing, extending his audience beyond the traditional gallery space. Over nearly a decade of teaching at Sheridan College and the University of Toronto, Lusytyk has influenced a generation of emerging photographers, sharing a rigorous approach to composition and detail.
